Completing Assignments .
•In professional writing, you NEVER start with a blank sheet of paper. They will have extensions such as ".doc" or ".xls". You always begin with a template, which may be the last time you completed a similar document (letter, resume, proposal, etc.)
•If your completed documents looks like the sample in its format, you know you are on the right track. Using a format is not plagarism; copying content exactly is. There are some stock phrases such as: "Please consider my application" or "Thank you very much," etc which can be used universally.
